															At the centre of it all is Eric Ugur Kayan, the founder and in-house wine sommelier. With decades of experience in hospitality and a deep connection to both Mediterranean and Anatolian wine culture, Eric has personally curated every wine, meze, and moment you’ll experience here.
Eric is also the creator of Anatolia Turkish Delight Gin, a unique spirit infused with delicate botanicals and the essence of rose and citrus a reflection of his commitment to blending heritage and innovation.
